Because we are in endgame negotiation with Scotmid, we cannot give out much information just now. But we had a very positive meeting of the management committee last night. We are still hopeful of doing the deal, as this is our best chance of making the Hub a success – starting with the existing premises, and building up the business until we can attract more funding and fulfil the vision that we all hold.
